Stockholms Roddförening was founded in 1880.
The main boathouse was made by architect Sigurd Lewerentz in 1913. The new boathouse was made by architect Gunnar Mattson, and was opened in May 2004. The houses are situated at Lidovägen 22.
Our homewaters are Djurgårdsbrunnskanalen and Djurgårdsbrunnsviken.
We have boats of all types for novices and for serious rowers. If you would like to come and try, and you are a novice: there are novice courses in May and again in August- September. If you are not a novice, we are training on Saturdays and Sundays around 9.
